dbt1 Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the dbt1 platform — all rules on accounts, bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming are clearly set out here.
1. Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the dbt1 platform and all its services. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted all the terms set out below.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. dbt1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published means you have automatically accepted the new terms.
2. Account Registration & Management
2.1 Registration Eligibility
To open an account at dbt1, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete personal information.
- Each person may open only one account; multiple accounts are prohibited.
- False information must not be used when creating an account.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account or sharing your credentials is prohibited. Any unauthorized use of your account or security breach must be reported to the dbt1 support team immediately.
2.3 Account Verification
dbt1 may request the necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If the information provided is found to be false, the account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
3.1 Supported Payment Methods
dbt1 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Methods not on this list will not be accepted.
3.2 Limits & Timeframes
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (the same for every method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Typical withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Deposits must always be made from your own account; transactions from third-party accounts are prohibited.
3.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request. If verification is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed. dbt1 may request additional documents if needed.
4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
dbt1 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings from bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each account is entitled to receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
- If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraud, all associated accounts will be closed.
- dbt1 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer under special circumstances.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:
- Strategic betting to abuse or exploit bonuses (bonus arbitrage).
- Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
- Using third-party funds to make transactions.
- Any attempt at money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
- Exploiting software bugs or technical errors in the platform for unfair advantage.
- Using automated bots or scripts to place bets.
- Attempting to harass, deceive, or harm other users.
- Any activity against the integrity of the platform.
6. VIP & Loyalty Program
dbt1's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits differ at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Cashback is calculated based on each week's activity and is credited directly to the account. To advance to a higher tier, you must remain consistently active. VIP benefits apply to active and verified accounts only.
7. Game Rules & Fair Play
All game outcomes on the dbt1 platform are determined by verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and, for live games, by neutral third-party software. There is no way to interfere with any game result, and dbt1 itself does not interfere.
- All betting decisions are final and recorded by the platform's system.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, dbt1 reserves the right to void or adjust the relevant bet.
- In sports betting, bets will be settled after results are officially announced.
- In the event of a dispute, dbt1's system logs will be considered the final evidence.
8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability
dbt1 is not liable for the following:
- Bets lost or games interrupted due to internet disconnection.
- Unauthorized access to an account caused by the user's own negligence.
- Technical failures beyond dbt1's control (force majeure — earthquake, flood, war, government orders, etc.).
- Delays caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
In any situation, dbt1's liability is limited to the amount actually deposited in the relevant transaction.
11. Account Suspension & Closure
11.1 At the User's Request
A user may request account closure at any time via live chat or by email at [email protected]. It is recommended to withdraw any remaining balance before the request is processed.
11.2 At dbt1's Discretion
In the event of any breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity, dbt1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In such cases, verified and legitimate balances will be returned; bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be cancelled.
12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

13. Miscellaneous Provisions
13.1 Severability
If any part of these Terms becomes invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
13.2 Changes to Terms
dbt1 may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published means acceptance of the new terms. It is therefore recommended to check this page regularly.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the complete agreement between dbt1 and the user. No verbal or informal promises outside of these documents are binding.
